Dear Sir: The reason that you have not received a copy of the monthly progress report on % completions of vessels built and building for the Navy is that the Secretary has ordered the discontinuance of the printing or publishing of this report until things quiet down. Benson, had ordered these reports be terminated until things quieted down. |
