[September 19, 1914] Busch-Sultzer Brothers. Diesel Engine Company. Saint Louis, [Missouri] Dear Sirs:- I thank you for your favor of September 15th; and the three copies of your latest pamphlet. I congratulate you on the unique and practical manner in which you have presented the successful operations of your Diesel Engines. Please present my regards to Mr. Harris and tell him that almost continual illness since last January has prevented my either writing or calling on him but that I hope to see great activity at your plant when I return to Saint Louis in December. The Busch-Sulzer Brothers Diesel Engine company was located at Utah and 2nd street in St. Louis, Missouri. The company was founded in February of 1911 by Adolphus Busch and produced submarine engines for the U.S. Navy during World War I. |
