Certificate of Registration State of Missouri Department of State To all to Whom these Presents shall Come: I, Cornelius Roach, Secretary of State of the State of Missouri, and Keeper of the Great Seal thereof, hereby certify that Corporation No. 26359 Busch-Sulzer Brothers Diesel Engine Company St. Louis, [Missouri] has this day registered in the office of the Secretary of State as required by law. In Testimony Whereof, Thereunto set my hand and affix the Great Seal of the State of Missouri. Done at the City of Jefferson, this First day of August A.D. Nineteen Hundred and Fourteen Cornelius Roach Secretary of State.
