Description | Agreement between the Busch and Sulzer companies executed on April 19, 1911. In this document, both companies outline the transfer of patents, rights, and licenses. Territories for each company are outlined, rules are established on conducting business, as well as the transferring of information. The Busch-Sulzer Brothers Diesel Engine company was located at Utah and 2nd street in St. Louis, Missouri. The company was founded in February of 1911 by Adolphus Busch and produced submarine engines for the U.S. Navy during World War I. |
