State of Missouri, Department Of State To all to Whom these Presents shall Come; I, Cornelius Roach, Secretary of State of the State of Missouri, and Keeper of the Great Seal thereof, hereby certify that the annexed pages contain a full true and complete copy of articles of association of Busch-Sulzer Bros.- Diesel Engine Company, filed January 27, 1911; certificate of incorporation issued thereon January 27, 1911; affidavit of change of directors from 11 to 13, filed March 6, 1911, as the same appears on file and of record in this office. AFFIDAVIT OF INCREASE IN NUMBER OF DIRECTORS OF BUSCH-SULZER BROS.- DIESEL ENGINE COMPANY. State of Missouri City of St. Louis ss I, Adolphus Busch, president of the Busch-Sulzer-Bros.- Diesel Engine Company, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, do solemnly swear that at a meeting of the stockholders of said corporation, duly called and held on February 11th, 1911, the number of directors of said corporation was, by a vote of the stockholders, cast as the laws and its by-laws direct, increased from eleven (11) to thirteen (13) Adolphus Busch President Subscribed and sworn to before me, a notary public within and for the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, this 20th day of February, 1911.
