Description | Joseph Bergman was born in Przeworsk, Poland, Dec 13, 1879. He graduated from the University of Berlin in 1905 and became a physician. Bergman became a German Citizen in 1913. During WWI, he was a member of the Austrian Army. On March 11, 1916 Bergmann was decorated with the Merit of the Golden Crown Medal by the Emperor of Austria for bravery. This is the certificate for the award. |
