(632 Aero Sqdn) THE UNITED STATES ARMY, as a TESTIMONIAL OF HONEST AND FAITHFUL SERVICE, is hereby HONORABLY DISCHARGED from the military service of the UNITED STATES by reason of Tel. Instru. A. G. O. [Washington, D. C.] [November 15, 1918] Said Leo H. Freund was born in Warsaw, in the State of Missouri When enlisted he was 19 years of age and by occupation a Bookkeeper He had Blue eyes, Dark-brown hair, M. Fair complexion, and was 5 feet 9 inches in height. Given under my hand at Camp Funston, Kansas this 5th day of [February], on thousand nine hundred and nine-teen [stamp, bottom margin] Sidewell B. Fryer Major. Inf. U. S. A. Commanding.
