HEADQUARTERS EIGHTY NINTH DIVISION FRANCE General Orders, )No. 85) 3, November 1918 HP 1. The following distinctive insignia has been adopted for troops of the Eighty Ninth Division, to be worn on the left shoulder with the top of the insignia at the shoulder seam of sleeve of coat: [Insignia sketch] r= 100 mm 100 radius Outside diameter to be 56 millimeters. Design to be stamped in black on O.D. cloth. 2. The Division Quartermaster will take necessary steps to provide these insignia for all troops of this Division, with the least practicable delay.
