April 29 1918 A.E. France Dear Cocky. Am over here in France having some what of a good time. Lots of Beer and pleanty of other junk to drink. Also some pretty little French girls to gaze upon. I should have written sooner but have been so busy. We are had a fine trip comming over was slightly sea sick for about one day. These French people are sure wise lookin outfit they take every thing easy but they have nothing on me. How is farming? I suppose you have some corn planted by this time. How is my cattle? Did Mr Reed ever pull through the winter. Did Wordens ever move
