Details

Title Mauser Anti-Tank Rifle
Description Mauser 1918 T-Gewehr Anti-Tank Rifle. The German army developed this weapon to counter the new tanks being deployed by Allied troops on the Western Front. It featured a larger version of the Mauser operating mechanism seen on the standard infantry rifle. The Gewehr was operated by a two man crew and because of its violent recoil wad designed to be fired from the prone position.
