93rd Infantry Shoulder Insignia
Details
Title | 93rd Infantry Shoulder Insignia |
Description | The 93rd Infantry Division was a segregated group of soldiers who fought primarily under the command of French allies. The French wore the highly recognizable Adrian Helmets which were blue in color, subsequently, soldiers of the 93rd Infantry Division were given the same helmets by their French commanders. The 93rd would be nicknamed “The Blue Helmets”, because of the Adrian Helmets they wore. The helmet is also featured on their insignia patches. |
