| Description | Shoulder patch worn by Sergeant Robert J. Walker of St. Louis. Sergeant Walker served with the 89th Division, American Expeditionary Forces. He trained with the 89th Division at Camp Funston, Kansas before sailing for France. As a soldier in Company F, 314th Engineers, Walker saw heavy combat in the St. Mihiel Offensive and the Battle of the Meuse-Argonne. |
