Title Rumbold Silver Star
Description Silver Star presented to Colonel Frank M. Rumbold for heroism during World War I. As an officer in the Missouri National Guard, he commanded the 128th Field Artillery, 35th Division and was slightly wounded during the Battle of the Argonne Forest on September 30, 1918. The inscription reads “For Gallantry In Action/Frank M. Rumbold.”
