Description Bronze medal commemorating Marshal Ferdinand Foch’s visit to St. Louis on November 3, 1921. The French general served as the Supreme Allied Commander during World War I. He traveled to Missouri for the dedication of the Liberty Memorial in Kansas City on November 1, 1921.
